Are your products authentic?
All of our products are authentic, lab tested, and checked on site before leaving the factories. Samples are tested before products are shipped. We use third party quality control service with offices in 88 countries focusing on PPE.
How can I be sure my order will arrive after I pay?
We are an accredited company consisting of responsible partners with global recognition in the export of large volume PPE. We are all very aware of ‘less than legitimate’ businesses offering PPE and not delivering the product, we stand by our service and excellent business integrity.
Do you do large volume discounts?
Yes, please send a request as we are capable of supplying 10 masks as well as a billion masks. We can supply any demand.
Why are your masks more expensive than other similar masks I see online?
Be very careful of fake masks. The material is scarce and not easy to find as the whole world demands it. It is also expensive. If you see KN95 masks less than $2.50 in small quantities that are here with no international shipping costs claiming to be KN95 they are most likely fake. After production, shipping, duties, and customs clearance it cost more than that to get them into the country. LDI KN95 masks have EUA letters confirming they have been tested and meet the standards to be used in healthcare.
Do you have medical grade or sterile products?
Yes we have both medical grades (sterile) for hospitals and health care. We also carry non sterile products for the general public. The same materials are used for both sterile and non sterile. The difference is that sterile is produced in a factory that creates a sterile environment to avoid cross contamination in order for the mask to be used in an operating room.
Is custom ordering or localizing available?
Yes we can add your company’s logo and or information to packaging or product, as we deal directly with the factories. The MOQ for custom packaging is 300,000 pieces at no charge. If interested in custom packaging on orders less than 300,000 pieces please send us your request.
How long after I order before I receive my products?
Normally within 1 to 3 days but due to the covid-19 crisis shipping delays may occur.
Is delivery included in the price?
Shipping is not included unless negotiated on large bulk orders.
What is the Return Policy?
Due to the nature of the product all sales are final. Masks can not be resold that have been shipped.
Can you sell to my country?
We are able to supply worldwide.

It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to clear customs on bulk orders only
